Terms & Conditions
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are exclusive of VAT.
When displaying prices in currency other than GBP (British Pounds £), this figure should be used for guidance only and all orders will be processed in GBP.
International orders may be subject to local taxes and customs charges which are paid by the buyer.
Prices exclude any postage & packaging costs which may be added depending on order value and shipping destination.
Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the Website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
We accept all major credit cards, please submit payment through our SSL encrypted server or call our gallery on +44 (1282) 416079.
We aim to ship orders within 7 working days of receiving your payment.
Therefore please allow 10 working days for delivery within the UK and 15 working days for delivery to the rest of the world.
All orders placed from bobdylan-art.com will be charged the following shipping costs:
UK - £4.95 Delivery which includes insurance.
USA - £30 (includes insurance).
Canada - £30 (includes insurance).
You may return any items in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery and we will either exchange them or refund you.
We are unable to refund postage costs unless the items are damaged or if we have sent the wrong item.
For your own protection, you should ensure the items are adequately insured while in transit.
Please email the gallery before returning any items at sales@bobdylan-art.com and we will provide you with a returns code and address.
The Contract shall be deemed to be made in England. All Contracts made between Howarth Gallery (bobdylan-art.com) and the Customer shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute arising therein shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the English courts.
